Advanced pulse jet Air shower(AAS)

Used to prevent contamination in a cleanroom which managed in clean state. This air shower eliminate dust practicles and adhering to the surface of persons and materials by high speed jet air cleaner with a HEPA filter. It also has an effect as an auxiliary room, has an air lock function to shut off the outside air from the clean room.

  • Using DC brusless motor with blower and LED lighting, low power consumption.
  • The main case width is 150 mm – the industry smallest and space-saving structure.
  • Equipped with high efficiency pulse jet nozzle self-developed by our company (patented).
  • A full-length mirror for checking out, used as a standard equipment. (In the application for design registration)

  • Conduct a quick cleaning after air jet by ceiling air curtain.
  • The circulation fan / lighting automatically stops and goes out after the set up time.
