L/T-Shaped Air shower

Depending on layout of the clean room, the direction of air shower ‘s entrance may be right-angled or left-angled or straight . Also, air shower may touch three chambers. In that case, we will use three doors. The entrance is an L-shaped (right-angled), T-shaped (three-way) air shower.
