If the opening operation of the culture vessel is restricted within the air isolation system (AIS), theoretical aerosol diffusion is only within AIS.
*Since there are no walls or workbenches in AIS, there is no contact part in terms of operation.
We will create a confinement area with the airflow of the secondary barrier grade A in the workroom of the safety barriers and isolators that are the primary barriers and localize the range of the opening operation of the culture vessel.
If AIS is added and double containment has been established, the AIS in the grade A safety cabinet will be a doubly isolated grade A sterile, containment area.
