With the consent of the Boards of Directors, on June 10th 2017 Thelong Airtech Joint Stock Company organised a 3-day-2-night summer vacation trip across Hue – Quangbinh, with the participation of nearly 50 employees.
The annual staff tour trip is one of the most regarded activities by the Company as it brings about joy and time for rest and relaxation after a series of stressful working days. This is a chance for members of Thelong Airtech family to know more about each other thus tightening their bonds. It also serves as a compensation for the efforts they put in at work. Being with their closed ones during such joyous events can motivate them to return to work with extra productivity and creativity afterwards, thus helping the Company achieve its strategic and operating goals set for 2017.
In this tour, the staffs had the opportunity to personally visit many landscapes across Hue – Quangbinh including Dainoi – the former capital during the Nguyen Dynasty, the Lake of Zen, Xatac Altar, Thienmu Temple, the resting tombs of Great General Vo Nguyen Giap. They also had a chance to study local history and shop for souvenirs in commercial centres.
Proper transportation and luxurious accommodations were provided for employees during this trip. What’s more the Company combined the 2017 Half-year Summary of Business Operations Ceremony with exciting activities including a singing contest and a quiz show.
